90-Night Sleep Trial

We proudly offer a 90-night sleep trial on eligible products purchased directly from our website.

We understand that adjusting to a new pillow may take time, and your body may need several nights to fully adapt to the ergonomic support and contour design of The Dozy™ Pillow.

If after trying the product you feel it is not the right fit for you, you may request a return or refund within 90 nights from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or refund request:

  • The item must have been purchased directly from our official website

  • The request must be submitted within 90 nights of delivery

  • Proof of purchase must be provided

  • The product must not be intentionally damaged or misused

Please note that we reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of abuse, excessive return activity, or fraudulent behavior.

Our team will review your request and provide further instructions if your return is approved.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs associated with returning the item to our designated return address.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method, as The Dozy™ cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.

Refunds

Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

In these cases, we will work quickly to provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled within a limited timeframe after purchase before fulfillment begins.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and will instead fall under our return policy.
